Katherine is CEO and Co-Founder of the Association for Coaching. As an Accredited, Global Coach, she runs a successful board-level coaching business, Wisdom8, specialising in coaching CEOs, Executives and Top Teams in some of the world's leading brands. Katherine works internationally across the UK, Europe, USA, UAE and Asia, and has coached across 30 different nationalities. She is an author in 3 coaching books, a keynote speaker, lecturer, coach mentor & consultant, and sits on 2 editorial boards. Recognised by her peers, she is recipient of the 'Coach/Mentor of the Year' award by Coaching at Work, the AC Honorary awards for 'Influencing & Impacting the Coaching Profession', and a 'Thought Leader' Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai in 2012.

Alex Szabo

Alex is COO and Co-Founder of the Association for Coaching. She has over twenty five years experience in strategic leadership and operations. Alex works with senior leaders globally and has diverse senior commercial experience which she combines with a passion for developing senior executives to their full potential. Alex's background of psychology, training, merchant banking, and entrepreneurial experience led her to found Tailored Coaching and co–founded Purposeful Connections. Alex was awarded an AC Honorary award for Influencing the Coaching Profession, is an author in Excellence in Coaching and is on the international editorial board of the academic-based coaching journal "Coaching; an International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice"

Darren Robson

Darren Robson is the Director of Strategy, Innovation and Partnership for the Association for Coaching and he is the global lead for social innovation. He runs a successful leadership development organization, DRArete Ltd that specializes with CEOs, Entrepreneurs, Executives and their teams. He is the founder and CEO of Ministry of Entrepreneurship that specializes in providing coaching, mentoring and entrepreneurial development support to young aspirant entrepreneurs & leaders. Darren is the recipient of the AC Honorary Award for Influencing the coaching community. In 2012 he was a runner up in Coaching at Work's Coaching Person of the Year.

Hetty Einzig

Hetty Einzig is the Editor of the Association for Coaching’s International Bulletin.  Hetty is an independent executive coach, trainer and facilitator working globally with individuals, teams and organisations in the areas of leadership development, transpersonal coaching and emotional intelligence, across corporate, private and public sectors. She is a Director of Transition Expertise and works regularly in association with Performance Consultants International (founding partner, Sir John Whitmore) and PC France (based in Paris. Hetty teaches on the PCI Executive Coach Programme and the Diploma in Executive Coaching at the IMI in Dublin.  Hetty has a background in psychology, organisation development and journalism. She held editorial positions at the Sunday Times magazine and Time Out, has co-authored a number of books and continues to write articles on coaching and leadership.
