Claire Bain – Co Chair, Ireland. Claire is an Accredited Professional Coach with over 10 years experience of coaching Business Owners and Professionals in a Corporate & Organisation environment. Claire has a strong business and people development background. She has a track record of working with clients to achieve personal and business results, of motivating and developing people – while keeping a focused approach on business performance. Her passion is to improve business performance through people.

Claire’s company Next Steps provides Executive and Business Coaching for clients to develop and engage their staff to get tangible results. Claire specialises in career and interview coaching. In addition she provides an Interim Management service working alongside clients to deliver positive lasting change.

Stephanie Conway


Stephanie Conway – Co Chair, Ireland. Stephanie is a senior manager and leadership coach at Google Ireland. She currently works as Lead L&D Business Partner and Head of global SMB People Development at Google Ireland. She has managed teams with 60+ people, and has lived and worked in 4 different countries. The international nature of her work means that she has ‘virtually’ coached middle and senior managers in EMEA, the U.S.A. and Asia. Stephanie holds a MSc. in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School (UK) and a diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching from the Coach Institute. She is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and with Ashridge Business School.

Andrea Close


Andrea Close – Head of Volunteers, Ireland.  Andrea is an Accredited Coach and one of the founding members of the Association in Ireland. She volunteers as a host for the Co-coaching in Belfast.  Andrea is a freelance trainer / coach as well as offering bespoke design and facilitation of leadership and coaching workshops for clients. She believes in focusing on the behaviours, attitudes and learning experiences of others that can add value to their purpose and goals for success. Her customers range from corporate clients to social enterprises, SME’s and individuals. Etain Doyle


Etain Doyle – Head of Finance, Ireland. Etain is an accredited AC coach and qualified accountant (FCCA) and practices as a business coach, in particular running a peer learning circle for Vistage, supporting a group of CEOs in developing their businesses.   She also coaches in the public and not for profit sectors on business issues.  Her other responsibilities include operating as Vice-Chair for the Wheel, a charity dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of charitable organisations in Ireland, and as a member of the Business Leaders Forum of the ACCA Ireland.  She has extensive experience of strategy, public policy, governance/audit issues.

Caroline Duffy – Head of Professional Standards in Coach Accreditation.  Caroline specialises in the provision of Leadership and Organisational Performance solutions. Her company, Caroline Duffy Performance Consulting works in partnership with client organisations, their teams and leaders to harness creativity, powerful thinking and build performance at all levels. Caroline is an Accredited Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School. She has consulted in both the public & private sectors throughout the UK & Ireland. Johanna Fullerton

Johanna Fullerton - Head of Membership, Ireland.  Johanna is a Business Psychologist and the founder of SEVEN, Psychology at Work. She is a registered member of the PSI and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the BPS. Johanna is also a founder member of the Association for Coaching Ireland (AC).   She was previously the Managing Partner of a leading practice of Business Psychologists in Dublin and is the author of a number of publications, including the award winning 'Managing the Mosaic; Diversity in Action'. Johanna has over 19 years' experience consulting and coaching in a range of organizations. She has worked within the private and public sector and on both a national and international level. Her consulting services extend beyond coaching to include talent management, leadership development, selection and assessment and the management of diversity.

Niall Hogan


Niall Hogan - Head of Professional forums (ROI). Niall is a senior manager in ESB, Ireland’s largest energy utility. A qualified accountant (FCCA) he has experience of both general management and senior financial roles, most recently leading ESB’s Finance Transformation Program.  He has coached individuals and management teams within ESB. In his experience coaching enables both individuals and teams to fully realise their potential. He has been a mentor with Business in the Community’s Schools' Business Partnership since 2011. He holds a Diploma in Business, Executive and Personal Coaching with the Coach Institute of Ireland and a Diploma in Advanced Business & Executive Coaching  with UCD.
