She currently works as Lead L&D Business Partner and Head of global SMB People Development at Google Ireland. She has managed teams with 60+ people, and has lived and worked in 4 different countries. The international nature of her work means that she has ‘virtually’ coached middle and senior managers in EMEA, the U.S.A. and Asia. Stephanie holds a MSc. in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School (UK) and a diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching from the Coach Institute. She is an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and with Ashridge Business School.
